| STEP 2.Old Address = Your Current address....New Address = your new house address, select if you are a home owner or tenant by ticking the circle. Choose your move date from the drop down boxes. Click continue when you have entered all details |

| STEP 3.This is where you add additional family members, you can add as many as you like, simply fill in their details and click "Add Family Member" Once you have added all family members click continue. |

| STEP 4.This Page allows you to inform your county council of your move and to update your address in the register of electors.Choose from the drop down boxes which council area you are leaving and which council area you are moving into. |

| STEP 5.This is where you can choose the companies you wish to change your address with,Click on each blue header to view all companies in that catagorey. (EG: loyalty cards = Dunnes, Tesco, Superquinn) All family members will have a separate tab with their name for their companies. Click on each tab to choose companies for that family member. Once you have selected all companies click continue. |

| STEP 6.This page will show you all companies chosen by you and family members and the information that company requires for you to change your address. You can fill this information in now or fill it in when you receive your signature pack.Each family member will have their own tab with their chosen companies that will need information.Once all information is input click continue. |

| STEP 7.This page will show you all the companies you and your family have chosen and all information inputted. If there are any errors you can click the back button and correct the errors. You can also choose if you wish us to post you your signature pack or send it to you via E mail from the drop down box.If all information is correct click continue. |
