Use of the service

NewAddress.ie agrees, on your behalf, to notify the companies and other organisations ("Service Providers") that you select of the new contact details you give us ("Service").

You agree to use the Service only to notify us of your new contact details and, if you have the authority to do so, the new contact details of other members of your household.

You agree not to use the Service:

to notify us of a change of address for any person who has not given you authority to do so;
for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose; or
to cause annoyance or to send any material which is offensive.

You acknowledge that:

you are responsible for ensuring the details you give us are complete and accurate;
it is the Service Provider who is responsible for processing your change of address request. Depending on their systems and security requirements, some Service Providers may choose to contact you and ask you for further information in order to confirm your change of address request.
The Service Provider may contact you directly in relation to being a customer of the Service Provider's. The Service Provider may update all databases which currently have your name with all the details that you supply.

At our discretion, we may not process your information, where we believe the information has been provided in a manner that is not consistent with the ordinary use of our service.

Privacy

We are collecting your personal information for the purpose of notifying the service providers you select of your new contact details and for providing you with information on the products and services of organisations who advertise on the website. You can access and correct any of the personal information we hold about you by writing to us at NewAddress.ie, Unit T8 Maple Avenue, Stillorgan Industrial Park, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

Limitation of liability

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Service and the information contained on this website, but we have no liability to you or any other person for any loss or damage (either direct, indirect or consequential, including loss of profits) as a result of your use of the Service or website or your use of, or reliance on, information contained on or accessed through this website or any failure, omission or delay in providing the Service or website.

Explicitly, we are not responsible for the failure to transmit address change information, or the failure of a person or company to act on the address change information.
